Rajesh Phadake

Currently the Chief Architect and Planner of GIFT City and the Vice President, Lavasa Corporation Limited
He has a Master of City Planning from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, West Bengal and with a total experience of 27 years during which he has worked with CIDCO Limited (Navi Mumbai), Regional Engineering College (Trichy), Auroservice D’Auroville Trust (Pondicherry)
He has presented and published a Paper on “New Towns CIDCO Experience- a Case Study of New Aurangabad” in a World Conference at Hong Kong in 1993.
He has participated and won the competition on “Preparation of Master Plan for Talegaon-Chakan Mega City for MIDC
Mr. Phadke is currently the Chairman, Building Committee, ITPI, MRC (Mumbai) and has been the Jt. Secretary of Indian Institute of Architects, Aurangabad Centre and Secretary, Institute of Town Planner, Mumbai Chapter 2005-06. Vice Chairman of ITPI, MRC (Mumbai).
He has successfully published several technical papers throughout India and abroad.
