Neelesh has over 21 years of experience in various sectors like Real estate infrastructure & buildings, Electrical, Food & beverages, HVAC Compressor, and in various fields manufacturing, marketing and corporate strategy.
• He has been working in Buildings & Infrastructure industry for last 10 years
• He has successfully spearheaded IBM India’s first smart city WIN – Palava City in 2014
• He has held key roles with major Building Management OEMs & worked with many systems integrators while working in building industry.
• He is also working as visiting faculty for few Management institutes in Mumbai & Pune and was associated with University of Pune as Examiner and guide for many students
• Neelesh was also a technical committee member of Bureau of Indian Standards for
Home Automation & Modula switches
• Much of his recent focus has been on creating repeatable, value based customer propositions and supporting city development initiative with IBM in employing these to maximum effect.
• As part of a much talked about initiative Smarter Cities, he is engaged with major stake holders of some of the important cities in India
• Presently he driving the business initiative in Smarter Cities and Smarter Buildings and providing platform & solutions to clients.
