Biography
After graduating from the University of Pune Vijay completed a Financial Markets and
Property investment course at FINSIA, Sydney. He has been spearheading master
planning and urban scale projects in India, Asia and Middle East from more than a
decade. During such time he has worked with leading real estate companies like Kolte
Patil developers as Chief Operating Officer, Surbana International Singapore and Cox
group Australia as Project Director.
Vijay has successfully lead many prestigious national and international Urban Projects
like to name few; Dubai Festival City, Shenzen Airport, Singapore Township, Mumbai
Metropolitan Regional Master Planning, Integrated Township Developments etc.
