I worked here for 2 months and I studied about garbage problem and traffic in Pune. As for garbage, maybe you think Japan is a clean country and there is no problem, but in fact we have these problem as well. We incinerate garbage and bury garbage in the sea. We emit dioxin from incineration and create sea pollution. But who notice? It`s invisible to citizens. Like this, it`s difficult to find social problem in my country. We are good at concealing these problems. The work experience in SI arouse my interest about these social issues because in India we can find social problems easily on the street and river so on. We,people in advanced countries, have to think more about environment. This experience made me notice that. Thank you.

It was great experience to work in SI. I’m working in Insurance Company in Japan. So Pune’s traffic situation was much shocking for me (so high risk). In the internship, I tried to make few suggestions about two topics. 1. How to build safety traffic networks, 2. How to create clean and sanitary city. Of cause the situations are difference in each Country. But the responsibility and aims by politics are same, so my suggestions composition are comparing with Tokyo. During the internship, I realized for my poor English skills. It was very hard to describe own ideas and opinions. So I keep trying hard for English after the internship. I’m so appreciate to all of member in SI for giving me the chance to work at completely deferent situation, language, culture. I wish to have a chance to come SI also Pune again.
