Sustainability Initiatives and VK:e Environmental organized a Green Building site visit for architecture interns of the VK Group to Pandit Javdekar’s Clover, Kothrud currently pursuing GEM 5 certification. The interns were guided by a consulting expert who explained green building fundamentals, certification requirements, onsite management practices, and the integration of sustainable design elements. As the project is under construction, the expert also highlighted site safety measures, design intent, landscape planning, rainwater harvesting, energy efficient systems, HVAC design, and water use reduction strategies. We extend our gratitude to the Pandit Javdekar’s team for hosting the visit and thank Mrs. Priyanka and Mr. Vighnesh Dalvi for their support. A total of 11 interns from VK Group participated in this insightful learning experience.
