The Big Green Fest 2026 was held on 17–18 January at Kalagram, Pu. La. Deshpande Garden, Pune, organized by Pune Climate Warriors and Pune Municipal Corporation. The fest brought together private organizations, schools, colleges, and the Forest Department to promote collective action towards a greener future through workshops, interactive sessions, eco-friendly stalls, and cultural programs.

Sustainability Initiatives (SI) participated as an implementation partner. We set up our stall showcasing the Earth Center model and our publications, which received an encouraging response from dignitaries, citizens, and students.

The fest was inaugurated by Mr. Prithviraj B. P., Additional Municipal Commissioner, PMC, in the presence of Ms. Vandana Tai Chavan, former MP; Dr. Poorva Keskar, Trustee, SI; Ms. Divya Chavan, Founder – Jachak Sanstha / Spurti Foundation; and several other distinguished guests.
