
Sustainability Initiatives launched our report ‘SI Imprint: Confluence’, a compilation of the work done by SI in the last 10 years, during the second session of ‘Golden Dialogues’ organized by VK Group on 11th March 2023.

On the occasion of World Water Day, in association with 'Indian Green Building Council (IGBC), we had arranged a River Walk at the Mula Mutha banks during the morning hours on 20th March 2022. Around 50 people showed up and a wholesome, informative discussion followed for the next 2 hours.

Sustainability Initiatives was empanelled as a regional curator for the South Asia Region along with BNCA and MIT for a global conference co hosted by the UN-Habitat and the Global Covenant of Mayors for Climate and Energy (GcoM).

Pune City had participated in the Global Mayors’ Challenge by Bloomberg Philanthropies’ in 2021 with its proposal to create an Electric Vehicle (EV) readiness plan and City EV fund. The proposal was drafted in support of the adoption of electric vehicles in Pune.

Art of Living Foundation and Social Responsibility, in association with, Sustainability Initiatives, organized A National CSR Conference for NGOs and Corporates on 15th August 2017 at Pandit Bhimsen Joshi Kalamandir, Aundh in Pune. The conference was inaugurated by the Chief Guest Mr. Girish Bapat, Guardian Minister of Pune.

Sustainability Initiatives in association with Gandhi Research Foundation, Jalgaon organised the 7th GRIHA regional conference on the topic Smart cities and Smart Building- Traditional Wisdom and Technology for Sustainability. This 2 day conference on 4-5 December 2015 was a successful event with participants more than 150 from in and out of Jalgaon. It took place at Jain hills at Jalgaon.

The seminar received a good response from over 60 participants from the field of engineering, architecture, urban planning, real estate and academicians.

It was an immense joy for Sustainability Initiatives to have successfully organized the two-day 5th GRIHA Regional Conference in Nashik Engineering Cluster, Nashik on 7-8 Nov, 2014.

Sustainability Initiatives team analysed the existing toilet conditions and designed and facilitated the renovation of toilet block structure. As per the availability of the space, four toilets for girls (including staff) and three toilets for boys (including staff) were constructed with a separate trough-type hand wash basin.
