Sustainability Initiatives organized a green building visit to M-Vivanta by Malpani Group, Baner for the students of Dr. Bhanuben Nanavati College of Architecture, Pune. The project M-Vivanta by Malpani Group, Baner is highest rated green residential projects in the city by IGBC, which has received the Platinum certification. It has been constructed by Malpani Group and green certified by VK:e environmental.

The students were given a tour of the building by the consulting expert. The visit explained the sustainable architecture principles on which the building is designed and green features implemented to achieve the target rating. i.e , landscape design, rain water harvesting, energy efficient lighting, water efficient fixtures, installation of STP and OWC.

Around 45 students from BNCA attended the visit.
