VHTPL site hosts the ShramA Empowerment workshop by Ethos Foundation, in Association with SI for construction workers, focusing on skill development and empowerment. An awareness program on labor laws, schemes, and rules was also conducted to ensure worker rights and safety. This initiative supports a better-informed workforce for a sustainable future.

ShramA, a collaborative initiative by Ethos Foundation and Saint-Gobain India, SI, bridges the gap between construction workers and the design community.
