Sustainability Initiatives creates a Map for ‘IGBC rated Green Building Footprints of Pune
Sustainability Initiatives initiated to create a handy map that locates, lists and provides information on the Gold & Platinum IGBC Rated Green Buildings in Pune. This map was released at the Inauguration function of the Green Conclave by CII in Pune on 30th November 2017 in Hotel Westin, Koregaon Park, Pune.
The Map locates all the Green Buildings on Pune’s geography and provides information as each of these buildings. This is an attractive medium of information sharing that can be accessed by lay persons to know about the Green Building initiative in Pune.
This publication recognizes the numerous efforts for many teams of these Green buildings who have made a remarkable contribution towards Sustainability through iconic building design.
The map publishing event was at the hands of the dignitaries and officials of CII and IGBC and included Mr. J. P. Shroff, Chairman, IGBC Pune Chapter; Mr. Shrikant Bapat, Green Conclave Chairman and Convenor; Mr. Nitin Chalke, Chairman, CII Pune Zonal Council, and N. Sriniwas, Dy. Executive Director CII.
SI team members, Ar. Poorva Keskar, Ar. Anagha Paranjape – Purohit, Mrs. Apoorva Kulkarni, Ar. Namrata Dhamankar and Mr. Amol Umbarje were present, along with SI Interns Ms. Namrata Shinde, Ms. Nikita Deshpande, Mr. Hiroshi Yoshinaka and Mr. Kouhei Yamada.
