As part of our commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of all employees, Sustainability Initiatives, in association with the Fire and Security Association of India organized a Fire mock drill training including demos and lecture for VK group employees on 23rd February 2024 at VK office. Employees of VK:a architecture, VK:e environmental, VK:i interiors, VK:o operations, VK:u urban and Sustainability Initiatives actively participated in the training. As fires are a major urban environmental hazard, Sustainability Initiatives was organized the training.

The purpose of this training was to familiarize everyone with the necessary procedures and protocols to follow in the event of a fire emergency. The mock drill simulated a real-life fire scenario, allowing us to practice evacuation procedures, use of fire extinguishers, and overall emergency response. It is essential that all employees participated in this training to ensure that we are well-prepared in case of an actual emergency. The training session was conducted by Er. Ramesh Upadhyay  and provided valuable information on fire safety measures and evacuation protocols.
