Sustainability Initiatives successfully conducted our first International Training on ‘Urban Renewal and The Future of Cities’ in December 2018. This training was conducted for Officers / Town Planners of the Department of Town Planning and Valuation of Government of Maharashtra. 

IGBC Pune and CREDAI conducted a brainstorming session to help make Pune a Sustainable and Green City.

Our team recently celebrated Sustainability Initiatives' foundation day, on the occasion of 11 years completion. The entire team had showed up and future plans of action were discussed. Our mentors shared some motivational words with the team to get the energy going.

On 16th Sept, Friday we hosted a reduce your transmissions day, wherein no was allowed to commute alone to the office! They had varied options like car pooling, Bike-pooling, sharing an auto, walking, riding a biycle to office and so on

The team of SI and Vke along with VK group signed up a Promise Card wherein they pledged to take environment -friendly decisions in their lives.

Sustainability Initiatives had arranged a Green Building Site visit for architecture students of Bharatiya Kala Prasarini Sabha’s College of Architecture, Pune. Students visited one residential building Joyville Hinjewadi on 7th September 2022.

Sustainability Initiatives donated 2 Pratham book sets to Mensa for Tribal Mensa Nurturing Program’s satellite centers for underprivileged gifted and kids in rural areas of Maharashtra. The collection of books will be useful to all such students and the students will also get benefited after reading these books.

On the occasion of this proud event, Maharashtra Government had appealed to all the citizen to stand and sing the national anthem with whole heart wherever they are!

Students visited 2 platinum rated green buildings with different typologies i.e. one commercial building - Amar Sadanand Tech Park (ASTP) Baner and one residential building Surhud Society Erandwane on 13th August 2022.
